Waterproof Jersey Fabric combines the comfort, stretch, and drape of jersey knit with a functional waterproof and windproof barrier. Designed for soft, flexible wear while providing protective performance for outdoor and active applications.

Engineered using weaving and coating technologies to balance flexibility and water resistance.

The fabric is made from polyester or cotton–polyester blend yarns, using a base jersey structure such as interlock or single-knit. Waterproofing is achieved through a nanoscale PU or TPU coating applied via a precision roll-to-roll process, forming an impermeable water barrier while maintaining the fabric’s drape.

Care Guidelines

Pre-treatment: Close all zippers and fasteners. Treat heavy soil with a technical fabric cleaner.
Machine settings: Front-loading washer only; max 30°C.
Detergent: Use only specified technical cleaners.
Do not use: Fabric softeners, bleach, powder detergents, or stain removers.
Rinse: Double rinse recommended to remove detergent residues.
Tumble drying: Low heat (50–60°C) for 40–60 minutes (heat supports re-activation).
Alternative: Iron on the lowest synthetic setting using a protective cloth.
Storage: Hang fully dry in a ventilated space; do not store compressed while damp.
